About Us

The name Oakley has been in the building industry since 1956 when it started under the name of S.A. Oakley.
Having completed his first project at Dene Farm, Ashurst, Sidney Oakley started building in Nomansland where he and his 3 sons built most of the properties in Oakleigh, Whitehorn and Pear Tree Drives. In 1970 Sidney’s 3 sons took over the family business, where they worked predominantly in Nomansland and Landford, the reputation of ‘Oakley Brothers’ continued to grow. The business is now run by Trevor Oakley, the son of one of the brothers under the name of Oakley Build Limited.
